Course request verification sheets have been handed out to all 9th, 10th and 11th grade students. Please review the courses you are registered as requesting. If these are correct, you do not need to return this form. If you wish to make any changes – write what you wish to drop/add, parent and student sign and return the forms to the counseling office.
Physicals for sports and working papers are being offered to students over the next three weeks.
The schedule is:

Wednesday, June 7 at Cherokee girls at 5:45pm Thursday, June 8 at Seneca girls at 5:45pm
Students may go to any one of the District's High Schools for a physical exam.
The health histroy questionnaire section of the physical examination form must be completed in full and signed by a parent/guardian.
If you are signed up for US2, level 1 and would like to take advantage of the BCC CAP program, please return the form you received in homeroom – signed – to Mrs... Bennett, main office rear, immediately.
Anyone with a negative balance in their lunch account needs to bring in money to clear their account. Report cards/diplomas will be held at the end of the year until your obligations are cleared.
This summer for the first time you are able to take a course here in the district for original credit!!! This is offered for students who have NOT had the course before but would like to earn a grade and credit in the course to be recorded on their transcript. Many Math courses will be offered, along with several other areas. Any student who is interested in taking a course this summer for credit – please pick up information in the counseling department for details about classes, times and price. The deadline to register is June 1st.
Attention Junior or Senior Girls: This year the Burlington County Farm Fair will be held July 19-22, 2006. The Farm Fair Queen Contest will be held on Wednesday, July 19, 2006 at 8:00 p.m. and will serve as a kick-off for the Farm Fair. If you are interested, applications can be picked up in the Counseling Center.
Attention athletes interested in participating in Cross Country, Field Hockey, Football, Girls Tennis, Girls Soccer, Boys Soccer, or Volleyball: There will be mandatory organizational meetings on Thursday, May 25 at 3:00. The meeting locations are as follows:

Students interested in participating in Option 2 Programs must have their applications in before June 1, 2006. Completed applications are to be given to Mr. Webb in the Main Office.
